PAYABLE SERVICES

  • Change of linen for stays of less than 7 nights
  • Shared washing machine: € 5 per wash including detergent
  • Daily cleaning: € 20 each

  • Air conditioning in bedroom and lounge and heating
  • Hairdryer
  • Towels
  • Iron and ironing board (on request)
  • House linen ( bedroom and kitchen)

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • The prices do not include the holiday tax equal to € 0,50 per person per day ( children under the age of 14 are exempt)
  • Small dogs accepted
  • All apartments are “non smoking”
  • The apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival up to 10am on the day of departure
  • In case of late arrival or early departure the entire cost of the holiday will be charged
  • Bookings confirmed by us are deemed binding following payment of the deposit.
  • Payment methods: cash, Debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express


CANCELLATION POLICY

In face of the current situation, we have modified our cancellation policy to render it more flexible.

  • In case of cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival, no penalty charge is foreseen.
  • In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, no show, late arrival or early departure, the charge is 100%
