USEFUL INFORMATION
- The prices do not include the holiday tax equal to € 0,50 per person per day ( children under the age of 14 are exempt)
- Small dogs accepted
- All apartments are “non smoking”
- The apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival up to 10am on the day of departure
- In case of late arrival or early departure the entire cost of the holiday will be charged
- Bookings confirmed by us are deemed binding following payment of the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In face of the current situation, we have modified our cancellation policy to render it more flexible.
- In case of cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival, no penalty charge is foreseen.
- In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, no show, late arrival or early departure, the charge is 100%
