Precautionary measures relating to corona virus

We know that this moment is a particularly complex time, however we are ready to start again with the next summer season: we cannot wait to offer you a warm welcome once again. To guarantee comfort, relaxation and the maximum of safety, we will adopt the highest standards of hygiene.

For this reason, we have adopted the following measures:

Masks
All the staff of our hotel will wear face masks. We kindly ask you to wear a face mask in closed areas and in all communal areas.

Minimum distance
Our staff maintains a minimum distance of at least 1 m. We kindly ask you to respect the safety distance. In the bar, the tables have been arranged so as to guarantee the minimum distance.

Maximum number of people
We kindly ask you to observe the maximum number of people in the communal areas to avoid crowding.

Hygiene and disinfection
In the communal areas hand disinfectant is available. Furthermore the rooms are cleaned and sanitized at regular intervals, in particular handrails, contact surfaces, door handles, work surfaces and restrooms, etc.
We ensure that all communal areas are ventilated frequently.

Apartments
Masks and hand sanitizer gel are available in the apartments.

We kindly ask you to air the apartment frequently. Furthermore we ask you to wash and disinfect your hands prior to leaving your apartment and to wear the mask provided.

The cleaning of the apartment is backed up by ozone sanitization.

Payment
Electronic payments are preferred.

Pools
Our pool is accessible. Please respect the minimum safety distance.

New and advantageous cancellations policies
In face of the current situation, we have modified our cancellation policy to render it more flexible. 

• In case of cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival, no penalty charge is foreseen.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, no show, late arrival or early departure, the charge is 100%.
